exclusive-use, fully hosted session that mixes racing, golf and flight
simulation for up to 16 people (or more with add-ons).
Full venue hire is ideal for groups of 8 or more, giving everyone plenty of seat time across all simulators.

- All 8 motorsport simulators (Bronze, Silver, Gold VR, Gold triple screen & Platinum motion)
- Premium golf simulator – closest-to-the-pin, longest drive, or virtual driving range
- Platinum flight simulator – scenic flights and landing challenges, e.g. Milford Sound
- Private venue access – your group only, no casual customers
- Hosted by HOSS staff – we run the schedule, manage heats and leaderboards
- Live results & leaderboards for hot laps, race results and golf challenges
Pricing
Full venue hire: $345 per hour
Includes up to 16 people
Extra guests: $20 per head, per hour (over the first 16)
Example: 17 people for 2 hours = $730 total.
Payment can be made on the day or invoiced afterwards.
How We Run Your Event
We’ll tailor the format to your group, but a typical session includes:
- Racing heats & finals: qualifying hot laps, then race groups split by pace
- Individual hot lap leaderboard: track the fastest single lap for each driver
- Golf challenges: Closest to the Pin, longest drive, or “beat the target” challenges
- Flight rotations: guests take turns flying a short scenic or landing challenge
Food & Drink
- You’re welcome to bring your own food (pizza, platters, snacks, etc.)
- You can organise catering to be delivered directly to HOSS
- Soft drinks & snacks are available for purchase on-site
- No alcohol on-site – we don’t hold a liquor licence, and BYO isn’t permitted
