| 🟡 Cadet | Join the Flight Membership and complete the 1-hour training session. |
| 🔵 First Officer | Complete any 3 NeoFly missions or log 3+ hours of total NeoFly flight time. |
| 🔴 Captain | Complete 10+ missions or finish in the Top 3 of any Monthly Challenge 3 times in a row. |
| 🟣 Squadron Leader | Complete 20+ missions and win one Monthly Challenge. |
